You have 14 days from the day your parcel is delivered to request a return.

Return Shipping Paid by You

The cost of returning your parcel to our UK warehouse is covered by you. Choose any tracked service you prefer.

Full Refund of Your Order

Once we receive and check the return, we refund the full amount you paid us — including any VAT — to your original payment method.

Unworn & In Original Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and any hygiene seals intact.

How to Return an Item

A straightforward process to get your refund.

Email Us

Send a return request to support@hwejjeg.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.

Ship It Back

We'll reply with our UK return address. Pack the items securely and send them back via any tracked service. Keep your tracking number.

Get Refunded

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please Note

Items We Can't Accept Back

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without their original tags.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery once the hygiene seal has been broken.
  • Returns received outside the 14-day window.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hwejjeg.com — we'll cover the return cost and get a replacement out to you.
